Rethinking Our Approach

After two and a Half years owning the nursery we have had time to look at the way we use it and how we can make it work and make the best use of the space. there has always been a market garden here as far as we know.

we have always wonted to start it back up and the time has always been some where down the road, there is no go time to tackle a project as we always have something going on. the market garden had always been next to the large poly, i had herd it was very time consuming and the slugs were always out in force.

the first question we asked was do we wont to take such a large space as its quite daunting looking at 1500 square meters of space that need weeding and maintaining and what to grow in that space and so on.

so to keep it all in one place we have moved to the back where we have a small poly that has never been utilised to its full potential. we also have space to expand and we are not having to have every thing dotted all around the place.
