Suitable for all manner of culinary uses - grated raw in salad, spiralised to make "courgetti", roasted whole or chopped into stir-fries! One of our favourite ways to use courgettes is to sneak it into chocolate cake, adding moisture and nutrition - finely grated they'll never know it's there!
